- A booking deposit of £50.00 is required to secure a booking, this is subject to the accommodation being available. Cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencing can entail forfeit of the deposit and an administration charge. The full balance of the booking rental is usually required in full by four weeks prior to the rental letting dates.
- An additional security deposit of £100 is also required when the payment of the full balance is due. This is refundable in full (or part) subject to deductions against damage, additional cleaning, or losses to the cottage at the end of the let.
- This deposit will be held by us and refunded accordingly within 14 days of your return home.
- The owners can accept no liability for loss, damage or injury sustained by visitors. Visitors are advised to ensure they have adequate travel/personal insurance cover.
- The number of people occupying the property may not exceed six, the maximum. Please advise numbers on booking. A cot is available on request.
- Holiday tenants are requested to keep the premises in as clean and tidy state a state of repair as when the let commenced.
- The let will usually commence at 3pm and end at 10am on Saturdays, unless agreed otherwise.

Written confirmation of your booking will be sent, by e-mail if necessary.
The fees include the supply of bed linen, table cloths and towels. There is currently no additional charge for reasonable electricity usage.
A log/coal stove and electric radiators are provided for heating. Logs (recommended) or Coal for use in the stove can be obtained locally at garages or coal merchants, this fuel is not included in the rental.
An automatic washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, radio, DVD, and TV are provided. WiFi coverage is variable but generally available.
Short breaks are offered through the year subject to availability.
Animals are welcome, however dog owners should note that care must be taken with dogs as there is 'open' grazing of common land by sheep and lambs on the surrounding hillside.
