The Coach House - Rhosesmor

The Coach House is a comfortable and well appointed 2 bedroom cottage in rural North East Wales on the edge of the Clwydian hills.

It is adjacent to the Old Vicarage and has its own garden and parking area. There is ample parking for up to three cars.

From the Coach House spectacular views can be enjoyed. Weather permitting the Pennines can be seen on the far horizon, with the cities of Chester and Liverpool clearly visible in the middle distance.

The view encompasses the Wirral, and the Dee and Mersey Estuaries. Binoculars are recommended especially for viewing the prolific bird life.

HISTORY
The Coach House, built in the 1880's, was originally used to stable the Vicar's coach and horses.

The Vicarage was sold out of the Church Estates in the early 1970's. In 1992 the building was converted and modernised after half a century of neglect.

The view from the Coach House
is spectacular on a clear day!
