GROUND FLOOR
Lounge
The ground floor is quarry tiled throughout.
The spacious open plan lounge area is well appointed with a log/coal burning multi-fuel stove as a central feature and double doors to the garden. A television and a radio are provided.
Kitchen
There is a well equipped kitchen area with generous cupboard space and a dining area. There is crockery and cutlery for up to six people.
Appliances include:- electric cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave oven.
UPPER FLOOR
Twin Bedroom
The upper floor has a high sloped ceiling with roof windows in each room.
There are two generous sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A cot is available on request.
Double Bedroom
The Double bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, electric radiator and two bedside tables with lamps.
There is also plenty of space for a cot that can be supplied if required and can be situated in either bedroom.
Bathroom
The bathroom is on the upper floor with bath, shower, washbasin, and WC.
